Third party Monitoring and evaluation of project activities will maximize the accuracy, reliability and validity of the activities through detailed analysis of the project monitoring and evaluation of systems, processes and its management by project M&E staffs. We will aim to review data collection tools, systems used to analyze data and its reporting and the verification of activities in the field.
We support all donor funded projects in Somalia with independent Third Party Monitoring to ensure that data reported meets the organizations data quality standards including independent monitoring, verification, and evaluation of projects in Somalia. The TPM consists of monitoring, verification and independent reporting of all activities funded, we specifically look at performance monitoring of project activities and indicator topo reveal the project indicator performance are on track and meeting the deliverables as required including its timeliness and purposefulness. Out activities include field verification of activities and partner reports especially looking at inputs and outputs of activities, indicator tracking and monitoring and collecting feedback from the beneficiaries and finally help clients gather independent information for learning and adaptive management.
We also carry out Data Quality Assessment (DQA) to help clients understand that data reported and data collections tools used meet the standards agreed upon. Our experts have worked with USAID and DFID/FCDO funded projects and will utilize the most common standards for DQA, this includes: validity, precision, reliability, timeliness, and integrity of actions funded by donors. With DQA, we provide to clients information the strengths of their M&E systems, data quality reporting, the quality of the tools used for indicator reporting and the performance of the project indicators vis a vis the overall project performance monitoring process and its management including the quality and capacity of M&E project staffs.
